Brie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

PREP TIME: 5 MIN
TOTAL TIME: 5 MIN

This Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing is low-sugar but it still tastes sweet and tangy. In minutes you can put this classic dressing together for any salad. The flavor of this recipe is similar to this store bought balsamic dressings that are loaded with sugar and preservatives.

I divided this recipe out so you can make it for one serving, a large family-sized, or bottle it. You can always find a bottle of this dressing in my fridge. I like the convenience of having it ready for when I want salad dressing without the fuss of making extra dishes.

Brie’s Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing pairs well with this Cranberry & Walnut Salad or on any salad.

Let’s talk Balsamic Vinegars…

  • Not all Balsamic vinegars are created equal. Be sure to check the label for added sugars. I like to choose a Balsamic Vinegar with 2 grams of sugar per tbsp.

  • Using Balsamic vinegar has many health benefits like reducing blood sugars, promoting healthy digestion, lowering cholesterol, & reducing hypertension.

  • Balsamic vinegar may aid in healthy weight loss as it can make you feel fuller for longer.
