YOU WILL NEED
Here’s all the goodies you will need to make DIY Muffin/ Cupcake Papers.
Muffin Pan
Parchment Paper- (Try to use unbleached if you can find it. I had to use what I had on hand)
Scissors
Jar- (This jar needs to fit all the way into the bottom of the muffin tin. If it is slightly larger remove the lid and see if that helps)
INSTRUCTIONS
Here’s how to make DIY Muffin/Cupcake Papers at home.
Start by flipping the muffin pan upside down.
Take the parchment paper and roll over one of the humps. This should be where you make the first cut. (see image below)
Make a second cut in the middle of the rectangle, creating (2) squares. Continue step 1-2 until you have enough to papers to fill all the spots in the muffin pan.
Turn over the muffin tin. Place a square of parchment over a hole and press the jar inside the cavity.
Remove the jar and paper from the pan. Flip the jar over with the paper on top of the jar, run your hands down the edges of the papers to allow the access to form creases. This step allows the papers to sit in the bottom of the pan without floating out of the tin.
Put finished paper back into the pan and repeat each of the steps until you have enough muffin/cupcake papers.
