Skull and Spider Pizza

Everyone likes pizza! Sour cream crust pizza taste and texture that is very similar to traditional pizza crust. Get unique with your toppings; you'll never get tired of pizza, even if you eat it every day.
This delicious sour cream crust pizza prepared with almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot and organic sour cream provides a similar flavor from regular pizza crust minus the toxic glutens/lectins. Sour Cream Pizza is tasty and super easy to make, and you'll want to make it again and again.

For the MushroomSkulls…
Start by cutting mushrooms in half, down the center.
Use a pairing knife to cut out two little wedges for the nose, and 3-4 cuts on the stem to create the teeth.
Use the thick end of a chop stick to make the eye sockets
For the Olive spiders
Cut a pitted black olive in half from the top hole to the bottom- this is the spider’s body
Cut another olive tip off- this is the head.
To create the legs- slice an olive into thin strips.
Put it all together like the picture to create spiders.
INGREDIENTS
Here’s all the goodies you need to make Sour Cream Pizza Crust.
For the sour cream crust
1 1/8 cups (1 cup + 2 tablespoons) almond flour
3/8 cup (1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) arrowroot starch
3 tbls coconut flour
3 tbls tapioca starch
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teas. salt
7/8 cup (3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) organic sour cream
For the toppings-optional
Mushrooms
Sweet potato marinara
Garlic
Fresh Herbs- basil, cilantro, parsley
Olives
Olive oil
A2 Casein cheese
Goat Mozzarella
Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
Here’s how to make Sour Cream Pizza Crust at home.
Preheat oven to 400°F
In a medium to large bowl mix dry ingredients with whisk and remove any clumps.
Add sour cream and mix well. This will be a soft, very sticky dough
Dump it out on a parchment lined baking pan and flatten, shape and smooth it into a round about 1/4 to 3/8" thick. Use the back of a large spoon or place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and use rolling pin to flatten dough into circle
Remove top layer of parchment paper and use fingers to roll over outside edge to form the crust
Use a fork and pierce the bottom of the dough (to prevent air bubbles from forming)
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
Remove from oven and add toppings of choice (Save leafy toppings like arugula or fresh herbs for very last to use as a garnish)
Bake again for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
Add leafy toppings (if using) and serve
